What we do
We assist a wide range of charities to deliver more than 200 projects across the country. These projects encourage and enable people with disabilities to participate in sporting and recreational opportunities.
We enable smiles through physical activity
The Primary Club of Australia continues to grow our support for sporting and recreational opportunities through ongoing engagement with the disability sector.
We accept submissions year-round from organisations with a charitable status for defined projects that make sporting and recreational activities accessible to people with physical or mental disabilities. Submissions are reviewed by the Primary Club Charity Sub-Committee, making recommendations to the Board for final approval.
Sir Roden Cutler Award
Every two years, we celebrate high-achieving athletes with a disability, via our Sir Roden Cutler Awards, named in honour of our first Twelfth Man and Patron. Our charity partners are invited to nominate sportspeople who are ambassadors for their sport and inspire others to take up physical activity.
